A quick overview!

This site is my goto tool to store all my favourite recipes.

It contains a myriad of recipes and if you get here (it must be by accident as I do no marketing) then feel free to indulge.

A word of warning – most of these recipes are in flux as I test and update them.

You can assume, relatively safely that any recipe that has a picture and is nicely laid out is pretty much done – the others have been “gathered” and are in Beta test mode

Marinade: 3 garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp soy 1/2 teaspoon
A quintessential Thai curry dish but allegedly with significant Indian influence. (So I am told)
Method: 2 chicken breasts 3 cloves Garlic mince 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce Marinate for 30 mins

Marinade: 3 garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp soy 1/2 teaspoon
Makes 4 to 6 small servings - used as a sauce with pasta or a base for other dishes
Fry up chicken, shallots and garlic and chillies Add onions and peppers wait to soften
