Method:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cloves Garlic mince
- 1½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- Marinate for 30 mins
- Fry
- 2 green small chillies
- Chicken as above
- 3 shallots
- Add chicken stock – cube
- 1/2 tsp msg
- Sprinkle of thai chicken stock
- 1/2 cup water
- Fry until 90% cooked
- Add all veg and and stir fry
- 1 Small Onion (about 1 cup) julienned
- 1 Small – medium Pepper
- Splash fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Phrad phanom heaped 1 big + 1/2 big tsp
- Turn off Add spring onions
- Garnish with coriander
