Pad prik gaiMethod:

  1. 2  chicken breasts
  2. 3 cloves       Garlic mince
  3. 1½ tbsp         Soy Sauce
  4. Marinate for 30 mins
  5. Fry
  6. 2 green small chillies
  7. Chicken as above
  8. 3 shallots
  9. Add chicken stock – cube
  10. 1/2 tsp msg
  11. Sprinkle of thai chicken stock
  12. 1/2 cup water
  13. Fry until 90% cooked
  14. Add all veg and and stir fry
  15. 1 Small Onion (about 1 cup) julienned
  16. 1 Small – medium Pepper
  17. Splash fish sauce
  18. 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  19. Phrad phanom heaped 1 big + 1/2 big tsp
  20. Turn off Add spring onions
  21. Garnish with coriander
