Sushi Rice
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of Sushi rice
- 3 tbsps rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
Methodology
- Cook rice slowly
- Pre-prepare the vinegar sugar salt by mixing
- Once rice is cooked add the sauce slowly and mix carefully to stop rice becoming too sticky (?)
