Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of Sushi rice
  • 3 tbsps rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tbsp mirin

Methodology

  1. Cook rice slowly
  2. Pre-prepare the vinegar sugar salt by mixing
  3. Once rice is cooked add the sauce slowly and mix carefully to stop rice becoming too sticky (?)
