Pasta Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tins chopped tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 x large onions
- 2 x large carrots
- 1 x sm tin of tomato puree
- 2 x tbsp Sugar
- Salt (to taste)
- Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Methodology
- Fry up garlic and onions till soft translucent
- Add tomatoes
- Add sugar
- Add salt
- Add carrots
- Add puree
- Simmer for 30 mins till paste like
BLEND
Freeze in batches for when you need a simple innocuous pasta sauce for a discerning child!!!
