Pasta Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 x large onions
  • 2 x large carrots
  • 1 x sm tin of tomato puree
  • 2 x tbsp Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Methodology

  1. Fry up garlic and onions till soft translucent
  2. Add tomatoes
  3. Add sugar
  4. Add salt
  5. Add carrots
  6. Add puree
  7. Simmer for 30 mins till paste like

BLEND

Freeze in batches for when you need a simple innocuous pasta sauce for a discerning child!!!
