Gochujang Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 breasts chicken
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- Roasted sesame seeds for topping
- Spring onions for topping
Instructions
- Create sauce by combining the gochujang, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic and mix well.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken with 3/4 of sauce
- Heat oil on a large pan over medium heat and stir fry the marinated chicken for 5 minutes
- Increase the heat to high and add in the rest of the gochujang sauce mixture.
- Stir-fry for about 3-5 more minutes until the sauce is thicker and the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Serve in a serving bowl and top with roasted sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve with boiled rice
