Chicken and Chilli stir fry

INGREDIENTS

Marinate chicken in….

  1. 1 breast (per person) Chicken
  2. 1 tsp cooking wine
  3. 2 tsp light soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp dark soy sauce (sparing with this)
  5. 1 tsp cornstarch

Once done then stir fry until chicken 90% cooked

Once that is done then stir fry the following

  1. 2 spring onions (scallions)
  2. 1 tsp ginger
  3. 1 tsp garlic
  4. 2 chili’s or 1 if not too hot
  5. 1/3rd sweet bell pepper
  6. I added cabbage as well to pad it out
  7. Chicken stock to stop it going too dry
  8. Salt and pepper (or fish sauce)

Prepare noodles

    When done then mix altogether and serve
