INGREDIENTS
Marinate chicken in….
- 1 breast (per person) Chicken
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce (sparing with this)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Once done then stir fry until chicken 90% cooked
Once that is done then stir fry the following
- 2 spring onions (scallions)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 chili’s or 1 if not too hot
- 1/3rd sweet bell pepper
- I added cabbage as well to pad it out
- Chicken stock to stop it going too dry
- Salt and pepper (or fish sauce)
Prepare noodles
When done then mix altogether and serve
