Minced Pork in Red Curry paste
INGREDIENTS
- 4 shallots
- 4 bulbs Garlic
- 2 chillies
Method:
Fry v hot
- Add tbsp red curry paste
- Fry till smells
- Add meat and cook
- Thai stock sprinkle add water
- Lemon juice and fish sauce to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Diced tomatoes
- Garnish with coriander
- Rice or noodles
