Methodology

  1. Boil minced chicken (1.5 breasts)
  2. Glass noodles – 1 “slice” per person
  3. Cut toms (3) into 6ths and put in bowl
  4. Slice lettuce
  5. add 3-5 chills very finely copped
  6. add raw onion julienned (1/2)
  7. Add spring onions (4)
  8. 3 limes/1 large lemon
  9. 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  11. 1 teaspoon thai chicken powder
  12. some msg
  13. taste and adjust
  14. Add chicken and noodles once noodles are clear
  15. Garnish with tomato and lettuce
