Yum woon sen (2 pax)
Methodology
- Boil minced chicken (1.5 breasts)
- Glass noodles – 1 “slice” per person
- Cut toms (3) into 6ths and put in bowl
- Slice lettuce
- add 3-5 chills very finely copped
- add raw onion julienned (1/2)
- Add spring onions (4)
- 3 limes/1 large lemon
- 3 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon thai chicken powder
- some msg
- taste and adjust
- Add chicken and noodles once noodles are clear
- Garnish with tomato and lettuce
