Sweet & sour clear chicken soup
Method:
- 400 ml chicken stock bring to boil (use water and add stock cubes if necessary)
- Sprinkle of thai chicken stock
- Cube 2 breasts of chicken and add
- 1 chilli and add
- Small tin bamboo shoots
- Cube I sweet pepper and add
- 2 spring onions sliced and add
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tsp sugar
Coriander half handful
2 spring onions flayed for garnish
