Sweet & sour clear chicken soup

Method:

1. 400 ml chicken stock bring to boil (use water and add stock cubes if necessary)
2. Sprinkle of thai chicken stock
3. Cube 2 breasts of chicken and add
4. 1 chilli and add
5. Small tin bamboo shoots
6. Cube I sweet pepper and add
7. 2 spring onions sliced and add
8. 2 tbsp light soy sauce
9. 1 tbsp vinegar
10. 1.5 tsp sugar

2 spring onions flayed for garnish
