Spaghetti carbonara

Spaghetti carbonara

12oz/375g spaghetti (4 people)

INGREDIENTS

  • Sauce
  • 200g/8oz bacon/ham
  • Large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of single cream
  • Black pepper
  • 40g butter
  • 40g Parmesan
  • tbsp of parsley

Method:

  1. Chop the onion
  2. Cut bacon into strips
  3. Crush garlic
  4. Cook spaghetti
  5. Fry onion and garlic until soft then add bacon cook I’ll brown
  6. Beat eggs,cream and Parmesan until creamy
  7. Drain spaghetti add butter and mix
  8. Add bacon onions and garlic
  9. Add egg etc and thoroughly mix
