A very simple recipe with a asian style – serving up slow cooked meat in sweet chinese buns with a side of simple salad
Ingredients
- Pulled pork (already cooked and pulled!)
- Marinade – anything in your “larder or try something like a Perinaise
- Corn
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes,
- Lettuce
- Spinach leaves,
- Asian buns – need to get these from your local asian store or make them
Methodology
- Pour the marinade over the meat and cook till tender on low heat
- Pull the meat
- Prep the salad
- Microwave/steam the buns
- Load the buns with meat and any of the salad / filling you like.
