Prawn and Harissa Spaghetti

A simple but great spaghetti packed with spice – suitable for 2


  1. 100g long stem broccoli – cut into 1/3rds
  2. 180g Spaghetti (if hungry bump up to 220g)
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 clove garlic – crushed
  5. 150g Cherry tomatoes halved
  6. 150g king prawns – raw
  7. 1 tbsp (heaped harrissa paste)
  8. 1 lemon zested


  1. Cook broccoli until tender (1:30secs)
  2. Cook pasta
  3. Heat the oil and fry garlic then dispense with garlic keeping oil (Yeah right)
  4. Fry tomatoes until softening and bursting
  5. Add prawns until go pink
  6. Add harissa
  7. Add lemon zest
  8. Add spaghetti and cover in mixture

Serve with a spring onion garnish sliced diagonally
